How to track your parcel ?

1. Check for your tracking number.

After you submit your order  you can check online the status of the order or wait the merchant shipping notification.
Our shipping notification is coming from sales [at] and the subject of the message is: "Order Status Change: Your Order 12345".

The message body is:

Hi John Smith,

the Status of your Order No. 12345 has been changed.

Comments on your Order:
Tracking No: CO123434531RO

New Status is: Shipped

2. Track your parcel

First step is to check  the Romanian status of your order.
We are using only the services of the Romanian National Post Office. So, go to, press the Track & Trace button from up right and enter your tracking number.


You’ll find when your parcel left Romania.

Next step  is to check the latest status of your parcel trace. So go to your national post office website and enter your tracking code there.
